Sorry its been a while!

I know its been ages since I have blogged but I have been a very busy woman both in and out of work!

The best news of the past few weeks is the fact I now have a computer at home, I bought a second hand PC from a friend in work and its awesome it has a flat screen and even has a DVD rewriter, all for the fantastic price of $300 (its only a year old!!)! The best part is that my old hard drive that I had in London is in it so I have all my music again, to say I am like a pig in Sh*t is an understatement!

Last seven days:
Friday went out for drinks and dinner with some friends in the hope that two of them would hook up, and it may have worked they are catching up tomorrow again!!
Saturday we went paintballing in the morning with all the gang from Al’s work and then they had a BBQ afterwards!
Sunday we went for a ride out with the HOG club, about a 300K round trip which was awesome perfect way to blow out the cobwebs and catch up with some friends. That night we had the usual crowd of Jase, Darren, Nat and Stu around for dinner and to watch the DVD the Catherine Tate show (a BBC show that is the funniest thing since the Office).
Monday I had my drumming lesson as usual and I hate to brag but I am getting on quite well, I have a couple of really cool grooves down pat now so I am pleased with myself. My teacher is pretty cool, patent and has great taste in music so this makes the lesson more interesting too.
Tuesday I went to the movies with the girls to see the new New Zealand movie out called No2 and to be honest I can see why it is called that as it was sh*t, I was bored and the acting made the actors on Days of our lives look like Oscar contenders!! That all said its always good to hang out with the girls!
Wednesday we went to our monthly hog meeting where we all went for a ride out afterwards to end up at the Cambridge ( a bar in town) where if you bought a drink you got a BBQ free, you cant go wrong with that now can you and it was great food too apart from the sausages (if they could legally be called that!!)
Thursday we had Darren around for dinner and to help Al with this software program he gave us for guitar playing, it’s a program that you can download songs into and it shows you how to play it etc so Al is well happy with that.
Tonight I am going for a ride on a Ferris wheel straight after work and after that myself and Al are either going to go to the movies and dinner or else hire some DVD’s and grab some takeout!

So there you have it a little summary of my last week.
I will try and be better with my posting in future!
